Soon, Clemson students and alumni will be able to grab a slice of pizza from a familiar place — the Mellow Mushroom.
The restaurant is returning to Clemson under a new franchise owner and in a new space. The new location, which will be located at 1007 Tiger Blvd., is expected to open by the end of this month.
Clemson’s original Mellow Mushroom closed several years ago, and its building was later torn down. Today, a new apartment complex stands in its place.
Mellow Mushroom is currently hiring for a variety of positions. A hiring event will be held on May 8 from 2-7 p.m. in the Clemson BCM building, located at 183 Old Greenville Highway. Applicants can email [email protected] for more information.
