Clemson's all-time rushing leader Travis Etienne Jr. has had an electric start to the 2025 NFL season, especially in Week 4.
After an exciting third week that saw multiple former Clemson Tigers shine, Week 4 has come and gone, and several alumni show no signs of slowing down.
From dominance in the trenches to explosive runs out of the backfield, Clemson alumni made this past Sunday impossible to ignore. With that, here are the top performances from Tigers in the NFL.
Travis Etienne Jr. — running back, Jacksonville Jaguars
After starting off the 2025 season with a 143-yard rushing performance against the Carolina Panthers in Week 1 and accounting for 127 yards and two touchdowns in Weeks 3 and 4, the Clemson all-time rushing leader is showing no signs of slowing down.
This past weekend, in a 26-21 win over the San Francisco 49ers, Etienne had 19 carries for 124 yards and a touchdown.
Heading into Week 5, he ranks third in the league with 394 rushing yards while sitting tied for tenth in carries, averaging an impressive 6.1 yards per attempt — the best mark among running backs with at least 15 touches this season.
Dexter Lawrence — defensive tackle, New York Giants
The two-time All-Pro and former All-American was quiet over the past couple of weeks, recording eight tackles through the first three contests.
However, Lawrence reminded the league why he’s one of, if not the best, interior defensive linemen in the league.
In the Giants’ 21-18 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, the 340-pound tackle filled the stat sheet with a tackle, a run stuff and a pass deflection. He capped it off with the first interception of his career, snagging his own tipped pass and rumbling 37 yards before he was brought down just three yards shy of a pick-six.
Trevor Lawrence — quarterback, Jacksonville Jaguars
The former national champion signal caller has had a rough start to the season, but it really hasn’t been his fault. As of last week, the Jaguars lead the NFL in drops with 14; the next closest team has nine.
Nevertheless, Lawrence has propelled his squad to a 3-1 record after completing 21-of-31 passes for 174 yards and a touchdown in a close win over the 49ers.
Lawrence and the Jaguars face off against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night next week.
