Freshman nursing major Demi Spiropoulos frequently visits Publix for her grocery needs and her dietary restrictions. Spiropoulos said that “the employees are always so nice and helpful and make sure that everything is super clean and easy to find.” Spiropoulos, having a gluten allergy, also said that Publix “[has] a wide variety of gluten-free options and a lot of it can be found in one place.”
