As a college town should, Clemson has plenty of off-campus housing options for students to pick from. But there’s one housing option that has seemed to rise above the rest.
The Collective is located just a mile away from campus and has a shuttle system, making it a great option for students without cars. It also has housing options for groups with two, three, four or five friends so it is suitable for many different-sized groups. Even more important, The Collective has a pool, gym and sand volleyball courts, making it a great place to bring your friends.
For Owen Daugherty, a sophomore industrial engineering major, it was the community that drove him and his friends to choose The Collective. “They have a very friendly environment that made it feel like a home away from home,” Daugherty said.
