If you live in the Clemson Area, you must be aware that we are surrounded by incredible nature and have many hiking trails to choose from. However, you cannot experience and imagine the view like no other that is made possible by the popular trail known as Table Rock. It is not only 30 minutes away, but it also presents a fantastic hike that is worth the challenge of the journey. Many Clemson students and residents love this hike, including sophomore computer science major Hunter Stone.
“I think Table Rock is my favorite hike because you have to work so hard to make the hike, but it is so worth it!” Stone said. “The views are gorgeous, whether you make it to the summit or stop at Governor’s Rock. There are a ton of waterfalls, too, and views the whole way up!”
Even if you are not up for the challenge, there are many other options to take a shorter trail and still check out the waterfalls and amazing views. Lace up your sneakers, and head over on a beautiful afternoon to enjoy a nice walk with friends or family. And be sure to take some great pictures!
