New York Giants defensive tackle and former Clemson Tiger Dexter Lawrence was recently named second-team All-Pro for the second consecutive year by the Associated Press.
With 14 first-place votes, Lawrence came in fourth among interior defensive linemen in the poll. First-team selections went to Chris Jones of the Chiefs and Aaron Donald of the Rams. Baltimore’s Justin Madubuike was selected to the second team alongside Lawrence.
In addition to his All-Pro selection, Lawrence was voted into the 2024 Pro Bowl for the second consecutive year.
The fifth-year lineman just signed a four-year, 90 million dollar extension this past off-season and is already showing his worth for New York as he finished the season with 53 total tackles, 4.5 sacks, seven tackles for loss, two passes defended, 21 quarterback hits and 65 pressures.
