The Savannah Bananas announced they will travel to Doug Kingsmore Stadium to play the Clemson baseball team next Thursday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m.
The event is yet another first for the Bananas in Clemson, as next week’s game marks their first-ever exhibition against a college team.
Earlier this month, the Bananas announced that they will be playing their first-ever game in a football stadium when they transform Memorial Stadium into a diamond next year.
Players for the Tigers will consist of the 2025 Clemson team led by head coach Erik Bakich.
The exhibition will be a different challenge for the Tigers, as the game will utilize “Banana Ball” rules rather than traditional baseball rules.
The event will be the final 2024 game for the Bananas and is currently open exclusively for Savannah Bananas K Club members.
