Clemson outfielders Jack Crighton (3), Cam Cannarella (10) and Chad Fairey (11) take to the field ahead of the last opening day under the name Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Feb. 17.

The Clemson baseball team agreed to a long-term deal with Sully’s Steamers, which makes the bagel shop the team’s official sponsor.
The deal includes naming rights to the stadium, a logo displayed on the team’s uniform and concession stands throughout the venue, sources close to the situation report.
“We are thrilled to announce we have agreed to become the official sponsor of Clemson baseball,” the company, who announced the sponsorship to the public on Thursday, said. “This partnership will allow our brand to expand into new areas, and we can further support the Clemson area and Clemson athletics.”
The news of the collaboration with Sully’s Steamers has received mixed reactions from the public.
“This is a big day for our Tigers,” a resident of the Clemson area said. “I think it shows that our program is heading in a good direction now. We have a new coach, and this deal shows that they are serious about moving the team forward.”
“I’m not quite sure why the team agreed to this,” a senior from New Jersey said. “I don’t know. I guess I am used to the bagels back home, and Sully’s is not what I think of when someone mentions bagels.”

Regardless of how fans feel about the deal, the partnership will bring about a lot of change for the team.
Since 1970, Doug Kingsmore Stadium has been home to the Tigers, but now, the stadium will be under the name “Sully’s Steamers Park.” The restaurant also announced that they aim to “bring about innovative features” to the updated stadium, such as more premium seating, an updated scoreboard and a new “Steamer Section” in the right center outfield seats where fans will be blasted with hot steam after each run.
The new partnership and changes will become official at the start of the 2024 season.
