As the semester comes to a close and a new semester is just around the corner, now is a great time to look at all of the best resources that Clemson University has to offer for students.
Clemson offers many helpful resources for students to act as a helping hand in many different ways. One of those ways is through academics.
The Communication Center in the Watt Family Innovation Center is a great place to improve your public speaking skills. You can work one-on-one with tutors, either online or in person.
The Academic Success Center may be an obvious resource for tutoring or academic coaching, but this building offers many other options for students.
The ASC offers opportunities for students to attend Success Strategy Workshops, Peer Learning Support and Peer-Assisted Learning sessions that provide helpful assistance with course material and general academic growth.
The Center for Career and Professional Development is consistently nationally recognized as one of the top career centers in the nation, and the reason why isn’t a mystery. They offer numerous resources, including career assessments, mock interviews, career fairs, a career closet, resume reviews and many other services to help you set up your career outside the classroom.
On a more artistic note, the Adobe Studio and Makerspace, located in Cooper Library, allows students to explore their creative side free of charge. It is a creative space where students have free access to sticker printers, t-shirt printers, laser cutters and other fun equipment.
If you are looking for safe, fun activities in the area, Clemson also offers many programs that engage students in fellowship and fun.
Make sure to check out all of these great services because they are here to benefit us, the student body.
