Publix was named the best grocery store by the students of Clemson this year. With its high-quality foods, prime produce and excellent customer service, there is no other store quite like it in the area.
If you’ve ever gone to Publix, you may be familiar with the exceptional customer service. Publix asks that baggers help customers out to their car to load up their groceries when their carts are full and managers and other staff are always willing to help out, even if it’s just a simple question.
The environment also shines. Along with always being bright and clean, students and locals can walk into Publix and be greeted with Clemson school spirit.
Also notable is their emphasis on quality. Publix’s deli is known for its Pub Subs and party platters, and its lemonade is excellent. Publix also sells some higher-end products that set the store apart from others, and their produce is always fresh. While Publix doesn’t have a rewards program, they do have Buy One, Get One deals, so customers can save.
