Clemson football fans will have two chances to see the National Championship trophy and pose for pictures this week.
The trophy will be on display at the Walmart at 1286 Eighteen Mile Road in Central from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday and at the Walmart at 115 Rolling Hills Circle in Easley on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. Fans will be able to view and have their photo taken with the trophy.
Fans are asked to arrive early for the photo opportunities because the trophy must leave the store at 7 p.m. on both days.
The brand new 24K trophy was handcrafted by craftsmen at Polich Tallix in Rock Tavern, New York and took three months to create.
The trophy will be put on permanent display at Clemson University later this month.
