The Clemson University Police Department says that a police officer found 25 pounds worth of Dippin’ Dots on the ground across the street from their headquarters.
The Dippin’ Dots are believed to have been stolen from Memorial Stadium.
Police say they initially found five bags and that an additional bag was found later. The frozen snacks were put in a freezer at the Police Department.
There have been no arrests for the theft so far.
Clemson City Police have not yet responded to requests for any incidents that happened in the city during last night’s celebrations in downtown Clemson.
