El Jimador is Clemson’s signature Mexican restaurant. Offering an authentic atmosphere that you can’t find anywhere else in Clemson, ‘El Jim’ is the place to go for can’t-miss enchiladas or fajitas. As vital part in the food culture of Clemson, it has been voted as Tigertown’s top Mexican eatery.
“El Jim has cheap margs and the best nachos. It’s everything you could want from a college-town Mexican spot,” says Meg Sutter, a senior industrial engineering major. Most Clemson students agree, as you can see by the 4.8/5 rating that El Jimador has on their Facebook page.
Pedro Chaib, a junior management major, loves to visit El Jimador on a Thursday night. “My friends and I love stopping by El Jimador before heading downtown for the night. The energy is great in there and the food always hits. And it’s nice because it’s not too expensive.”
Located across from the Chick-Fil-A on Tiger Boulevard, El Jimador is accessible for any Clemson student looking for delicious Mexican food.
