Bus options for C-14, the Seneca River Basin lot, expanded this week. Clemson added a new shuttle bus route from the lot to the back of Lee Hall in addition to the existing Brooks route. The time between buses is expected to be around seven minutes.
“At first we were hesitant due to the difficult turns the buses would have to make, however we think we’ve found a way to make it work,” Dan Hofmann, director of Parking and Transportation services, said. This solution includes a loop through the C-2 lot to use the existing Williamson Road light to get back to C-14.
This new route is due to the closure of the Old Stadium and Perimeter Road intersection to pedestrians due to construction, so students will be less tempted to walk through an active construction site to get to class.
