Push through, we’re almost there.
When fall break hits, we won’t have to care.
Pretty soon,
We’ll swoon.
I smell fall break in the air.
A test, a quiz, a WebAssign,
No sleep and a parking fine.
Almost break,
Don’t flake.
Fall break will have you on cloud nine.
A few days off, that’s all we need;
Time to rest and time to feed.
Just grind,
Soon we’ll find,
Fall break is when we’re freed.
Yes, fall break might not be long,
But if you think it’s pointless, you are wrong.
A time to rejuvenate,
But don’t overcompensate.
Prepare to finish the semester strong.
Think of fall break as a nap,
A time to destress and let go of all crap.
Hold tight,
Everything’s alright,
Fall break will be here in a snap.
Just get through this week,
I’m sure your grades are on fleek.
If not,
Time you’ve got,
Do your best, but don’t freak!
I just wrote a poem about fall break.
Who ever thought this would be at stake?
Want to go to bed,
But let’s get this bread;
I’m going to study; I have a test to take.
