Clemson men’s basketball is set to face the No. 2 Duke Blue Devils this Saturday at Littlejohn Coliseum. Sarah Pepe, senior reporter for The Tiger, asked Clemson students their thoughts about the thrilling matchup.
What do you think the atmosphere will be like in Littlejohn on Saturday?

What does Clemson need to do in order to upset Duke?
“Clemson needs to penetrate the paint and attack down low and get buckets with Ian the chef.”
— Zach White, senior management major
Who will be the standout players for the Tigers in the game?
“I think a few of the standout Tigers in this game are going to be Chase Hunter and Ian Schieffelin. Schieffelin has done a notable job at both offensive and defensive efforts, and he is a key factor in the Tigers’ overall success. Duke has extremely talented players and they all have worked very well together this season thus far. Hunter, Schieffelin and the rest of our Tigers are going to have to keep a close eye on Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel for the Blue Devils, as they have been very successful in connecting with each other on the court in order to keep the competition alive during the game.”
— Lillie Hendry, senior marketing major
What do you think the outcome of the game will be?
“Duke wins, but Clemson keeps it close to under 10.”
— Brice Gordon, senior marketing major
Saturday’s tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m., and the game will be broadcast on ESPN.
