PRESS RELEASE: Writers’ Harvest

    This year’s Writer’s Harvest will take place on Nov. 14.

    CLEMSON — Anna Castro Spratt, Greenville’s inaugural Youth Poet Laureate, and Stevie Edwards, poetry editor of the South Carolina Review, will read at the 2023 Writers’ Harvest, a literary benefit reading for Clemson University’s Paw Pantry on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m.

    The event will be held in the Self Auditorium at the Strom Thurmond Institute, located at 230 Kappa St. in Clemson. The reading will also feature the undergraduate and graduate winners of the Writers’ Harvest Student Awards, Ella Kindt (undergraduate) and Ashton Wronikowski (graduate).

    To gain admission to this year’s reading, the writers request a donation of canned or nonperishable foods or cash. Checks should be made out to Clemson University with Paw Pantry in the memo. A QR code will be provided for credit card donations at the door. Credit card donations can also be paid in advance on Paw Pantry’s website by clicking “Make a Monetary Donation.” For admission, show the receipt from your donation at the entrance of the event.
