Brian Sanniota made history on March 7 when he became the first ever ClemsonLIFE student elected to Clemson’s student senate.
In a Facebook post, ClemsonLIFE said that Sanniota has always wanted to run for office.
“If anyone knows Brian, you know he has dreamed of running for office,” the post said. Sanniota contacted the Clemson Undergraduate Student Government (CUSG) earlier in the year to fill out the required paperwork to run. He will begin serving on senate in a few weeks.
