The Clemson Community has voted Tiger Town Tavern, also known as TTT [pronounced Triple T’s], Clemson’s hottest bar.
Originally built in 1977, TTT occupies the oldest still-standing building in Clemson as a part of its two-story building. It boasts a large bar with an outside patio on the first floor and upstairs bar which is open even on Christmas, making it a staple for holiday bar crawls.
TTT is a Clemson classic, with a wide menu ranging from fresh salads, appetizers, soups and sandwiches. While the food and drink selection has something for everyone, the warm and social environment makes it a great hangout spot on weekend nights for customers to relax and connect.
Depending on the day, you can head to TTT for specialty drinks, including $1 vodka and tequila shots, $12 Clemson Goodnight pitchers and their infamous Jet Fuel, a slushee drink made with Everclear, for just $5. They also have a broad selection of beer on draft, as well as an endless number of mixed drinks to try.
Clemson’s favorite bar is located in the heart of the downtown area around shops and small attractions off-campus, but close enough to walk to from apartments and on-campus buildings. You must be 21 years old with a valid ID to enter.
