Clemson is ranked the No. 2 Military Friendly School in the U.S.
On Monday, Clemson was announced as the 2025-26 No. 2 Military Friendly School nationwide, improving five spots from last year’s rankings among Tier 1 research institutions.
The schools earning this designation were evaluated utilizing public survey responses and data, with a full list available at MilitaryFriendly.com.
“We are very proud of this ranking and the hard work done by many people at Clemson to improve support provided to our military community. It is evident Clemson is proud of its military heritage and wants to show the current generation of student veterans and military-connected students that they are valued members of the Clemson Family,” according to a comment from Jimmy Mullinax, the executive director of Military Affairs at Clemson, in a Clemson News article announcement.
Class registration time tickets now available
Beginning on March 31, student registration time tickets were available for students to view in iROAR under their advising student profile.
Student registration will begin next Monday, April 7, for the fall and summer 2025 terms. Students are encouraged to utilize the plan ahead tool in iROAR and are required to obtain a registration PIN from their academic advisor before registering for their courses.
Parking garage to start construction soon
As the end of the semester approaches, construction fencing for the Williamson Road parking garage will go up on May 5. This six-story parking structure is predicted to be finished in August 2027.
Mile of Honor: Saluting Veterans Honor Society

Participants can plant a flag to celebrate over 450 heroes from Clemson who have made sacrifices for America. The first 200 people to register will receive a free Mile of Honor t-shirt on the day of the event.
