A regular cut is $25, a buzz cut is $15 and a buzzed bald fade is $18. Charles & Al’s also offers beard trims for $10, and seniors get $2 off regular cuts.

“It’s great value. I have been going for years, and I usually get the regular cut,” Lukas Mezger, an avid customer, told The Tiger. “There’s a great environment, and they always have excellent customer service.”

Customers can call ahead for an appointment or check for walk-in availability, but bring some cash — adhering to its traditional, rustic feel, Charles & Al’s is a cash-only business.
