Osaka Express has been awarded Clemson’s Best International Cuisine every year since 2018. Rightfully, the restaurant holds a 4.7 out of 5 star rating on Postmates and a 4.1 out of 5 star rating on Google reviews. Founded in 2008, Osaka Express offers hibachi dine-in, take out, and delivery options.
Entree meals cost as low as $8 and combination meals never reach above $15. Kids meals and vegetarian options are also available, so every member of the family has something to choose from. Some meals include hibachi seafood, such as shrimp and scallops, or traditional teriyaki chicken and steak.
For those over 21, alcoholic beverages are also available, such as Heineken, Blue Moon, Miller Light and more popular brands, in addition to some Japanese produced drinks.
Will Scott, a freshman finance major, is a regular at Osaka Express. “The portion sizes are great for the quality of the food. I always enjoy my meal there, no matter what I get,” Scott said.
Osaka Express is located close to campus on College Avenue, making it an accessible, common stop for students, faculty and other Clemson community members.
