Sports are undoubtedly one of the most popular attractions Clemson has to offer. However, behind every sporting event are the cheers, flags and painted bodies of Central Spirit members, Clemson’s Best Student Organization, by vote.
Every football game, club members lead the charge of Clemson flags alongside the players. A glance at the student section at any game will show you a myriad of students painted in white, orange and purple, cheering for our team. Even at away games, Central Spirit travels with pride, roaring for our Tigers no matter how far away from home they are. They also host the First Friday celebrations, one of Clemson’s most school-spirited events, as well as Clemson’s annual Homecoming.
The student body of Clemson has a lot to thank Central Spirit for, but they’ve taken a good step by voting them as this year’s Best Student Organization! Be it a sporting event, parade, club event or just around campus, Central Spirit members lead the charge in promoting and maintaining school spirit.
