As a kid, you may remember going to the mall with your grandparents and spending all of your savings on one little bear you got to make. This cozy, adorable store everyone knows as Build-A-Bear Workshop is making its way to Clemson University — but with its own twist!
Everyone loves building their own customized bear, but imagine building your very own Clemson tiger. Yep, that’s right! Starting April 1, this new, stress-free activity is making its way onto the University’s campus.
When building your personalized tiger, you get to follow the same rules, regulations and experiences as Build-A-Bear, but it is even better because it is your own tiger. With this tiger, you get to pick out any outfit your heart desires, such as sports jerseys or Clemson gear, and you can even choose the heart for your tiger. This is not only a fun leisure activity, but it is also special because it is something of your own that only a Clemson student can experience.
“It’s like I am getting 100 little babies all at once. This world needs more tigers for sure,” the sweaty student beneath Clemson’s Tiger mascot suit said.
With this new experience coming March 32, the first 100 students in line who scan their student ID will be able to create their own customizable tiger at no cost. The rest of the students will receive their tiger for free, but additional accessories and clothing will incur a fee. This store does accept Paw Points, so reload and get ready to build your own tiger!
Take a study break, get over the person who broke your heart and come make your very own tiger. Build-A-Tiger is ready and excited to make hearts grow fonder and tigers feel more loved all around campus.
